Rap Mogul ‘Suge’ Knight Taken To Jail Medical Facility Again
On Monday, rap mogul Marion Knight popularly known by his street name ‘Suge’ Knight told a Los Angeles judge that he had fired all of his attorneys who were representing him, adding that he was unable to understand the ongoing court proceedings against him, the Los Angeles Times reported, before the rap mogul was taken to a jail medical facility.
Knight, who gained popularity as the co-founder of death row records, is currently facing charges stemming from a fatal hit and run and according to Sheriff officials the rap mogul was still in the prisons infirmary late in the Afternoon.
When asked about the recent turn of events, David Kenner, Knight’s attorney, said that he is not sure on whether or not he will be representing the 49-year old adding that he is not currently at a good place health wise.
According to the Times, Knight, who stood before James Brandlin, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge, wearing eyeglasses and an orange jumpsuit that characterizes all inmates, said that he had lost almost 30 pounds as a result of the ongoing case. "I can't really see. I can't really comprehend what's going on," Knight said, according to the Times.
Due to his health issues, the court hearing of the Hit-and-run case which that the rapper is facing as well as a pending robbery case was moved to a courthouse in downtown Los Angeles by Brandlin.
This is the third time that the 49-year old rap mogul has requested for medical treatments when he was expected to show up in the courts.
