Easy To Make and Light Meals
We all like to eat something that is tasty, but unfortunately a lot of tasty food is not healthy. Well we will discover you few extra simple meals, that are not only tasty, but also healthy.
1. Tuna Pasta Salad
This is a very simple and yummy dish. Cook your pasta ( according to package instructions ), and then combine it with these ingredients ( you need to put them in a bowl first ) :
1/2 tbsp. of balsamic vinegar, 1/2 tbsp. of olive oil, and 1/8 tsp. celery salt. Then stir in 1/2 can tuna, and 1 chopped scallion and 1/4 cup of halved grape tomatoes.
After you did this, drain the pasta, rinse with cold water, and mix it with all those ingredients we gave you above.
2. Cold Pizza
When you see the title, you probably think that this definitely isn't light and healthy, but it actually is.
This will not be the typical takeout pizza. Toast one slice of whole-grain bread and put on it 2 tbsp. of ricotta, 1 large basil leaf, 2 tomato slices and a drizzle of olive oil.
You should also add pepper and salt ,as you wish.
3. Roast Beef Roll
Take 1 oz of light cream cheese and 1/2 tbsp of horseradish, and spread it on 1 whole- wheat wrap.
After you do this, layer on 2 oz. of roast beef, 1 oz. of sliced cheddar, and a handful of romaine lettuce.
And in the end, simply roll it up.
